New Patients
Your First Visit
Your first visit with us is a time we set aside to get to know you and understand your most significant oral health needs. When you ring up to make an appointment our receptionist will fit you and your family in at a time that’s the most convenient for your busy schedule. Visitors will find that we have extensive car parking and wheelchair access, accommodating your transportation and mobility needs. What to Expect
When you arrive for your new patient appointment you can plan to be at our practice for about 45 minutes. Our receptionist will provide you with some basic forms to fill out regarding your medical history, health fund membership and basic contact information. As we process your paperwork you can take a seat for a few minutes in our reception area and browse through a magazine, then our dentists will step in to meet you and personally escort you back to one of our exam rooms.Your Consultation and Exam
All new patients receive a thorough examination and set of X-rays. As our dentists evaluates your teeth and soft tissues, she will also walk through your medical history to determine how other systemic conditions may be impacting your oral health. Finally, you’ll receive a clean and fluoride treatment. If it’s determined that you require any further treatment, we’ll discuss what is involved and the fees related to them at that time. After you have all of the information that you need, you can book your procedure at a future date. Flexible payment plans are available for major treatment needs. (** Conditions Apply **)
